Review of The Blob (1958) by Mark S — 15 Apr 2010
For a cheesy and cheap 1950s horror/sci-fi film, this has actually aged reasonably well. There's an interesting novelty factor in seeing 'Steven McQueen' before he was Steve McQueen, King of Cool.
He actually comes out of the film okay and shows more charisma than any of his co-stars, including the amorphous creature.
