Review of The Blob (1958) by Ben M — 29 Oct 2011

Any movie that includes a catchy song about a gelatinous monster is worth watching. This movie was great, with just enough science and fiction to satisfy me. I didn't like how the movie just began to sag in the middle, at the part where absolutely nothing happened, for about 30 minutes, or the fact that the first solution to killing the blob was the way "The Brain Eaters" ended.

But apart from the middle, the beginning and the ending made up for it. A classic for all sci-fi horror lovers.
