Hard to resist. Starts with action and ends with some classic scenes, but boy does that middle drag... Of course the whole thing is hokey fun with the characters zig-zagging across town and often being distracted by random things.
Nevertheless, a classic. It's taught us all to think twice about villains made of strawberry jelly.
