Review of The Blind Side (2009) by Jake W — 30 Jun 2013
While nothing spectacular this film is a charming and different, in ways, addition to the underdog sports genre that mixes sentimentality with occasional moments of humor. Though the humor is subtle it really adds to the film.
Solid performances from all actors and though I thought Sandra Bullock was good, I don't think it was Oscar worthy.
