Review of The Black Swan (1942) by Shelby I — 22 Jul 2007
The penultimate pirate movie that makes all subsequent pirate movies pale in comparison. The dialogue is snappy, the hero dashing but not sappy, the heroine a firecracker (hello, Maureen O'Hara) and the plot fun and entertaining.
This is literally one of my favorite movies. Ever. See it or you suck!
