Review of The Black Swan (1942) by Ian C — 28 May 2011
Have you ever wondered where the Pirates of the Caribbean films got their inspiration or resources from. This film has your answer, Tyrone Power a brilliant actor back then acts as the main protaginist with a piratey attitude, Maureen O' Hara plays a real stubborn and persistent woman who won't give into the pirates charm and a whole cast of guys acting like pirates.
The scenery is outstanding, the ships are brillliant and the sword fights are quite good. This was before Pirates of the Caribbean, so yeah but back then they didn't have Jack Sparrow so there is an advantage for you.
