A wonderful movie! Love the story and characters. The FX are also excellent. I just love how the crew are all automatons, how creepy! Love the side kick robots. The acting is very similar to what used to be the norm in the 50's, even though this was made in 79, its got an old fashioned attitude, at least I think.
It also has its roots in classic sci-fi.
