Review of The Black Hole (1979) by Shane D — 10 Mar 2012
An ensemble cast led by the excellent Maxmillian Schell gave a good if cerebral performance in this Disney sci-fi pic that obviously was made to capitalize on what was en vogue at the time. Good special effects.
Rather dark by Disney standards. Bore more than a passing similarity to Disney's own "20,000 Leagues Under the Sea".
