Great feel good movie, with Cary Grant as an angel and David Niven as a Bishop and Loretta Young as the wife. Cary Grant is bascially Cary Grant, charming the dickens out of everyone, and Young is gaga eyed at this.
Niven is BRILLIANT here underplaying to the extreme, and therefore getting many laughs as the bewildered Bishop. Sure it does play as a religious / feel good / Christmas movie, but this also is quite the comedy as well.
