Boring. So boring. So somber. The most lifeless movie ever. Even the sex scene was lifeless. There was an interesting historical story here, somewhere, but it wasn't in the script. The acting was fine, considering there was about two minutes of emotion in the ten-hour running time (subjective time, objectively somewhat less).
Nothing in this movie rings true, however, which is odd given that it is based on a true story.
