Birth of a a nation was a BRILLIANT FILM. Although the known facts of Nat Turner's life do not align completely with the story it is a MUST SEE FILM! This movie has not gotten enough credit. It is a movie that depicts the brutal truth about American History and it is time that we as a nation face the actual facts of our past in order to truly overcome it.
Bravo!!
