Very powerful, shocking, emotional and unforgettable... But movie was really violence and brutal. Writer, producer, director Nate Parker played gifted black preacher Nat Turner and his performance was really great! Armie Hammer (The Social Network, The Lone Ranger) did nice supporting role.
I think it was a good movie, but I was confused... Nat spoke to God and he and his companions killed lots of white people... I'm not sure God liked his idea... But Nate Parker's message was powerful.
