Review of The Birth of a Nation (1915) by David H — 01 Dec 2009
A great Masterpiece about the Birth of the (White) American Nation it is really spectecular in particular the Battle Scenes for that Fact that the Movie is from 1915 is really advanced the Movie is great directed, have a good Story, great Actors and a great Soundtrack it's defently one of the best American Movies of all Time it shows the Foolishness of War and in particular the Foolishness of the American Civil War and Civil War's at all of course it is rasistic and Pro KKK but this is not the only Movie which I like but don't share the Writer's View it also shows how the American Civil War and the Reconstruction pull a deep Abyss between the Poor Whites and the Blacks and mark a deep Racism in the Mind's of the People it's a similiar Situation to the Rise of the Nazi Reich which mark a deep Antisemitsm in the German Folk I don't know any racistic German Movie before the Rise of the Nazis.
