Originally when I saw this movie, I thought it was funny. But rewatching it after we purchased on laserdisc and I was a bit older, not so much. It has a few good moments, but I hate that they truly were making fun of gays and only show the side of the flaming queens.
I am sure that they had to use the extremes to make it "funny" but the jokes are all over done and they stereotyped all the characters. I was bored half way through it and the adding Christine Baranski in it for the little singing moment did not help.
