I think this movie was a victim of misunderstanding. You get three comedic heavyweights together and purposely tone them down and people are going to walk away confused. And angry, probably. But people need to see this movie for what it is.
A sweet, kind hearted, quirky little flick about bird watching and love. That's it. I don't think it was trying to be overly funny or wacky. It's a fun story with great acting and a easy going feel.
I loved it for that. I was alone in my love. That's okay. Everyone else will come around eventually.
