While watching I found myself struggling to care about the birds. I failed most of the time. I struggled to care about Martin, Black and Wilson as they dealt with balancing their goal to break the record with their private lives.
Again I failed. The Big Year simply never grabbed my interest, perhaps other birdwatchers would find it entertaining, others might want to look elsewhere for a comedy.
