This was a painful thing to watch. None of the humor works, it's too mean-spirited and tasteless. The so-called drama is merely unpleasant. And, there's no engagement with what's going on because the direction is aimless.

It feels as if the director turned on the camera and left the actors alone to figure the movie out on their own. A complete lack of vision, just muddled and sad.
