Review of The Big Sleep (1946) by Jason B — 07 Jan 2008
A shining example of the best of noir. Bogart plays an excellent badass with plenty of excellent one-liners sprinkled throughout. The plot is intriguing and the characters are compelling up to the last frame.
It's a shame this movie doesn't get the full credit it deserves.
