Ok. Howard Harks does his magic again and especially Humphrey Bogart shines in his role. Also I really like the economics of musical soundtrack and I can not but believe that this is all Hawks. But then it is difficult to pinpoint where the slight problems settle in - is it the screenplay, director or actors but Lauren Bacall and her storyline seems somewhat clumsy at times and there are not too many memorable sideroles.
All in all good stuff but at least for now I feel it is little short from being brilliant.
