Review of The Big Sick (2017) by Christopher S — 24 May 2018
Maybe I'm biased because I went into the movie as a Emily Gordon/Kumail Nanjani fan, but this was a perfect blend of romance, drama and comedy. Ray Romano is spectacular, Kumail is spot on. Excellent cast, excellent execution, fantastic writing.
If you need a date movie, a laugh movie, a cry movie, this is your go to.
