Review of The Big One (1997) by Ali S — 19 May 2006
Disclaimer: If you loathe Michael Moore (i.e. you are Justin), you will disagree with eveything I say and probably shouldn't watch his films for the sake of those who choose to watch with you (i.e. Justin).
Watching this after having seen Moore's later works makes it difficult to judge. This is perhaps an underrated gem, though, that is simply a ball to watch. This is a great introduction to Moore, maybe even moreso than Roger and Me. It leaves you hungry for more. Rrrrowl.
