Probably my favourite Coen brothers film. Loved it the first time I saw it, and the chemistry between Goodman and Bridges is fantastic, the former playing a firery Non-Jewish but Sabbath-observing Ex-vietnamese war veteran (or so he alleges) and the latter a drop-out White Russian drinking dope smoking chilled out hippy pacafist, whom both love their bowling.
Loads of memorable scenes and lines standout in this movie, with my favourite one probably being "You see what happens Larry, you see what happens Larry, you see what happens Larry when you f**k a stranger in the ass!!!".
Comedy gold!
