Review of The Big Kahuna (1999) by Arslan B — 13 Feb 2010
I watched this movie for Kevin Spacey since he is one of my favorite actors around. When I finished watching it, I thought it was a bang-on, and a refreshingly intelligent film. The script was quite good and acting was remarkable. This movie only has three characters and is based on a stage play called 'Hospitality Suite. I must say the characters took fantastic development as the movie progressed.
As for the performances, Kevin Spacey did his normal excellent work. Peter Facinelli was quite good. But it was Danny De Vito, who took the most accolades for his outstanding work. His career-best.
A very good drama movie. One of the best conversation movies I have seen in my life.
