Review of The Big Chill (1983) by Joel A — 21 May 2012
A very bland uneventful & one those 'it may get better but doesn't film' this film just didn't work.
I find I do not like Lawrence Kasdan's work. Conceptually & off the bat you think his material would work or even be great but they don't, most of his films fall short.
Granted this has a great soundtrack but it's very hard to get into & appreciate characters...I was quite disappointed & don't recommend with high regard.
