Review of The Best of Me (2014) by Crystal G — 25 Jan 2015
While this movie does have some clichés in here it doesn't stop you from picking up on the underlying message. I couldn't stop crying and by the end of the movie I thought to myself why am I still tearing up over a cliché.
Anyways, the storyline was good yet predictable, until the climax. These two were meant to be together but unfortunate circumstances forced the two apart. The love never dies in this movie and (warning spoiler) by Dawson donating his heart to Amanda's show that their live will live on forever.
It's almost as good as the Notebook, which was probably just as cliché but who cares.
