Review of The Best Man Holiday (2013) by Klarissa J — 11 Apr 2015
I saw this not realizing that it was a sequel. Despite not seeing The Best Man, I didn't necessarily feel lost. However, I probably would have had a much better grasp on everything. It's an interesting mix of comedy and drama.
There are some really emotional moments and within minutes something funny happens, which gave me mixed feelings. Part of me was bothered by having humor just after a sad moment, but part of me wanted to be removed quickly from that sadness.
Despite any complaints and not having seen the first film, it was a very watchable movie. It'll probably make you laugh at least once and have you being sad as well.
