Review of The Bells of St. Mary's (1945) by Jeff B — 14 Dec 2008
Okay sequel to Going My Way starring Bing Crosby as Father O'Malley who works at a school run by nuns (the head nun being Ingrid Bergman). The story is pretty dull, it's just a few cliched segments of Bing and Bergman and the kids, but Bing and Bergman are easy enough to watch and try to make it entertaining.
And those little kids putting on the Christmas play are just too cute, you'd have to be Satan not to find that at least funny to watch. But whatever, simple story with random excuses for Bing to break out into songs.
