Review of The Believer (2001) by Orlok W — 14 Apr 2013
It is as much an in depth, thoughtful vision of the significance of being Jewish as it is a character study of an aggravated lost soul, torn between conflicting beliefs. The intrigue and overall compelling nature of the film however are almost entirely due to Gosling's performance; which is to say the least, absolutely incredible.
