Review of The Beguiled (2017) by Scooter P — 26 Jun 2017
What a muted and thoughtful masterpiece. Sofia Coppola does it again, with her long and tension filled scenes filling each side of the frame with cool hues and natural colors. Each scene focuses on the face, showing the subtle acting of such greats as Nicole Kidman and Colin Ferrell.
I can't stop thinking about this movie, just like every other Sofia Coppola film. A real study on the relationship women share with each other that men couldn't even begin to tap into.
