Review of The Beguiled (2017) by Shelise R — 17 Aug 2017

This was just an odd one. I found it hard to follow at times as to what exactly the timeline was. Also found it hard to believe all these women could fall for this one character without clearly seeing he was playing them all.

Kidman is one of my favs, but I think her character was just not all that developed. Seemed like they all were fitting into stereotypes - the vixen, the quiet one, the desparate one. The ending was just random and hard to believe it went back to business as usual.

But then again most people are pretty messed up. :).
