Um. yeah. So there's a guy who talks to animals with his mind and an evil sorcerer who transforms people into glowing-green-eyed s+m fetishists who chase small children around with spikes on their fists.
I think you can do the math. Oh yeah, no one wears pants and there's some kind of weird cow-fetus subplot. Awesome.
