Review of The Beastmaster (1982) by Marc P — 17 Nov 2010

Classic 80's fantasy, it has a pretty decent story, and great animal work, and as far as I can tell it is the only time I have ever seen a black tiger on film. And I remember really wanting to own a ferret after seeing this as a kid, cause they could go steal stuff for me, like cookies, and video games, and women's clothes.

.......well that is what it did in the movie anyway, I was 10 so I figured thats what ferrets did for guys that owned them. I am married now, so I guess I would just get them to steal my wife's clothes, but it just doesn't seem as fun somehow.
