Review of The Bay (2012) by Brent G — 04 Nov 2012
The Bay is an intelligent found-footage enviro-horror film that feels like Piranha if Piranha had been a more deadly serious film. In the tradition of enviro-horror films like Long Weekend, The Bay imagines the truly nightmarish possible consequences of pollution.
Unlike Shymalan's idiotic The Happening, The Bay manages to actually be creepy, compelling, and believable.
