This film is really uncomfortable to watch in the sense that it's shot and edited as if it's a documentary on the subject. It all seems very real and the cast all behave in a way that you would expect as such.
The movie is a "found footage" genre and although the genre is somewhat overused now, this is a redefine and a really good watch. I would recommend to film viewers.
