Review of The Bay (2012) by Chicago R — 03 May 2013
Don't know what film the critics saw. The genre is tired and predictable. A film that depends strictly on realism should have good acting, avoid too much editing (including playing with the colors until the footage is unrecognizable), and not have a distracting soundtrack.
The premise is interesting and there are moments that hint at what it could've been, but overall it's a waste of time.
