There really is very little else to say other then this was an absolute masterpiece of a Batman film. Where you feel the people who crafted it really understood what Batman & his world is all about.
The cast are all simply magnificent but a special shout out to Paul Dano & Colin Farrell. Mercifully there is no social politics or marvel cheese. It just focuses on making a great crime thriller where the lead detective just happens to walk around in a bat suit.
Special shout to Michael Giacchino for his brilliant suspenseful score. Absolutely loved it.
