It's hilarious, well acted, and fun. The story might be a mess but its still very entertaining. Robert Downey jr and Val Kilmer have great screen chemistry and they're funny as hell. It's definitely the best dark cop/buddy film noire comedy i've ever seen.
And its full of quotable dialogue.
