Review of The Ballad of Jack and Rose (2005) by Radek C — 08 Jan 2009
The title speaks for itself - it did feel like a ballad. So many elements were almost surreal, the reality they lived in seemed to be a world on its own. Eventually, I failed to choose a family which was more hurt and thus dysfunctional.
Very sad, but well-directed film.
