This movie which is a collection of western stories is a good and entertaining piece of filmaking by Coen Brothers. There is all their postmodern style on this atypical western and it's an everybody cup of tea movie that you will always enjoy.
Every story is an homage to a dofferent western genre. For example the first episode feels like an homage for spaghetti western, then there is an homage to John Houston western of gold searchers, an homage to postmodern western etc etc.
You can't find any innovation here but some interesting different western tastings in a single movie.
