A security guard with a penchant for killing young redheads and protected by his mother, the woman in charge of police files, is pursued by a disgraced a detective and a mother with a couple problems of her own.
Sometimes these little TV movies end up being pretty engaging. Hour and a half of thriller fluff, but that's what the people want sometimes.
