Review of The Bad and the Beautiful (1952) by Paul C — 07 Jan 2008
Superb take on Hollywood ambition which although melodramatic, does not plummet into 'soap-opera' territory. Douglas is magnificent as ever, while Turner and Grahame are the epitome of what leading ladies should be and what Hollywood lacks today.
