I didn't plan on watching this and I am not sure why I did. Its exactly what you would expect from the trailer. She meets the man of her dreams on the same day that she gets artificially inseminated, then it takes the rest of the movie for them to come to terms with that.
Then she has the baby and they live happily ever after.
