Review of The Back-Up Plan (2010) by Emily D — 03 Apr 2012

I really did not care for the movie - which is sad because I generally like Jennifer Lopez in her movies. I didn't believe the chemistry between the two leads, plot points seemed like forced attempts at making their relationship spontaneous and special (finding pennies and only being able to pick them up heads up, going out to Stan's farm), and I don't feel like there was enough of time/connection to warrant Stan taking on the responsibility of raising children with a woman he just met.
