Review of The Babadook (2014) by Michael D — 23 Mar 2016

I liked this film. The beginning sequence of getting us oriented with this family and the crash scene was great. I loved the lighting and the sets. The monster wasn't as terrifying as the dredd I felt when she was not able to sleep and watching old classic cartoon wolves.

I was hoping we were going to avoid the books story somehow.
