Review of The Awful Truth (1937) by Mark M — 30 May 2010
Great or better said really fun movie! Grant and Dunne jump off the screen in this upbeat comedic romp. After 70 years this film holds it value, like a well oiled machine these two are matched superbly.
So much of Grant's stunning film career is missed on today's populous. Irene Dunne comedic timing and appeal is so far beyond what's available and missing in film today.
