Review of The Awakening (2010) by Mark L — 03 May 2012

Very predictable. With a very forced feeling ending. I didn't find it too scary but some people would. any scares are just pop-out scares. The worst part however is the unbelievable characters. Every character feels two dimensional and some choices seem arbitrary and out of character.

Also the movie starts with strong ideas of skepticism and science, but ends with the moral that people who think rationally like this are closed minded and dumb. I know you can't expect a horror movie to show the paranormal untrue.
