A very interesting film. It isn't the best of Scorsese; I felt it had a sort of slow beginning, but once Leo's performance of the insane Hughes really picks up, it's a wild, mesmerizing ride.
After seeing this movie, I really am interested in the madman. And Cate Blanchett; my god, she is amazing. A very fine supporting character; she deserved the Oscar. So yeah, an interesting film that gave me a nice look into the life of the Aviator himself.
