Review of The Aviator (2004) by Daniel C — 15 Jun 2015
A great film by Scorsese and one of his best in a while. Leonardio DiCpario is brilliant in this Oscar-worthy role, and so is Cate Blanchett as Katherine Hepburn. The production design is stunning and the visual effects are fantastic.
The tone of third act is a little uneven, which prevents the film from achieving perfection.
