130729: Some good humour, a ton of action and wild characters all battling to either destroy earth or protect it. What a great premise. Seriously, Marvel has been putting out so many movies over the last few years they are all starting to seem the same to me.
Don't get me wrong, this is a good movie but it's just a battle fest combining all the single characters into a group...but I guess that's what the Avengers has always been about. So, Marvel is giving us just what they've been doing in comics for decades.
Good idea. I have to admit; there are some really neat fight scenes here, the most spectacular being when the Hulk takes on a God (Loki). I won't say what happens but it's awesomely nasty.
