Joss understands comic books and movies. He manages to capture the look of a comic book with the live action of a movie, not as easy as it sounds. There is a perfect balance of screen time for all characters.
The Hulk is probably the one that steals the show in my opinion. Joss' Hulk lets you forgive and forget about the other Hulk movies. The unmakable-movie has been made and made perfectly.
